On December 9, 2022, PolyMirae achieved a record of 3,900 Accident-Free Days.

This milestone results from all employees' intense dedication and continuous efforts to build an accident-free workplace under the slogan "Safety First, Without Exception!" and "DRIVE IT HOME." PolyMirae participated in 'The 17th Job Fair for Foreign-Invested Companies' organized by KOTRA for two days from November 14 to 15 to meet job seekers wishing to get a job at a foreign-invested company. In addition, on November 14, the first day of the event, PolyMirae held a recruitment seminar, which was streamed through the KOTRA YouTube channel, allowing all offline visitors to watch it.
The 17th Job Fair for Foreign-Invested Companies was held on the most significant scale ever to revitalize the sluggish job market due to COVID-19 and introduce high-quality foreign-invested companies to job seekers, and about 180 foreign-invested companies participated. During the event, many job seekers visited the PolyMirae booth for two days for recruitment consultation.
As such, PolyMirae is leaving the office to secure an excellent workforce, which is the driving force for future sustainability growth, and is trying to connect outstanding prospective PolyMirae employees by communicating with college students and job seekers on-site.

At 2022 Industrial Complex Corporation Day, held at the G-Tower Convention(Sep 22), PolyMirae CEO Kim BH honored the Prime Minister's Commendation for his contribution to the Local Industrial Promotion, Industrial Complex Development, and Balanced Regional Development through corporate management. PolyMirae will continue to strive for the development of the local community by fulfilling its social responsibilities along with constant efforts in the areas of safety/environment/health.

LyondellBasell’s regular OE Audit was conducted at PolyMirae’s Yeosu plant from September 14th to 21th of 2022.

Involving five experts from each field of LyondellBasell, the 2022 OE Audit was carried out mainly on the Inspection of Management System(MS) and Field Verification(FV). OE Audit is held every four years and has allowed PolyMirae to share superior knowledge and experience from LYB in the safety management field. PolyMirae will continue to strive in becoming a leading safety company based on its top priority value, “Safety First. “

On June 14, 2022, PolyMirae conducted fire response training and crisis response training at its Yeosu plant on the occasion of Global Safety Day.

In 2022, PolyMirae will conduct company-wide crisis response training more than twice a year under the slogan "DRIVE IT HOME, SAFE TO HOME" and is doing its best to strengthen safety awareness and provide a safe working environment to all executives and employees.

Kim Bang-Hyun, CEO of PolyMirae, gave a special lecture on CEO to students attending Hanyeoung University on April 27, 2022.

The CEO's special lecture was conducted with a company introduction, an introduction to the petrochemical industry trend, and Q&A Session for Recruitment. It was an excellent opportunity to introduce and communicate with prospective PolyMirae employees.
