LyondellBasell’s regular OE Audit was conducted at PolyMirae’s Yeosu plant from September 14th to 21th of 2022.

Involving five experts from each field of LyondellBasell, the 2022 OE Audit was carried out mainly on the Inspection of Management System(MS) and Field Verification(FV). OE Audit is held every four years and has allowed PolyMirae to share superior knowledge and experience from LYB in the safety management field. PolyMirae will continue to strive in becoming a leading safety company based on its top priority value, “Safety First. “

On June 14, 2022, PolyMirae conducted fire response training and crisis response training at its Yeosu plant on the occasion of Global Safety Day.

In 2022, PolyMirae will conduct company-wide crisis response training more than twice a year under the slogan "DRIVE IT HOME, SAFE TO HOME" and is doing its best to strengthen safety awareness and provide a safe working environment to all executives and employees.

Kim Bang-Hyun, CEO of PolyMirae, gave a special lecture on CEO to students attending Hanyeoung University on April 27, 2022.

The CEO's special lecture was conducted with a company introduction, an introduction to the petrochemical industry trend, and Q&A Session for Recruitment. It was an excellent opportunity to introduce and communicate with prospective PolyMirae employees.

On March 29, 2022, PolyMirae was selected as an excellent company for safety management by Yeosu-si and won the best award.
This year, Yeosu-si awarded commendations to four companies that have excellent safety accident prevention activities among the companies operating in the Yeosu National Industrial Complex.

With this award, PolyMirae will continue to make active efforts and investments to improve workplace safety and prevent industrial accidents under the Management Philosophy of safety first.

On February 12, 2022, PolyMirae achieved a record of 3,600 days.
This is the result of all employees of PolyMirae's continuous efforts in the safety field under the slogan "Safety Perfection, Without Exception!".

On November 23, 2021, the 2021 Safety Day event was held at the PolyMirae Yeosu Plant.
