PolyMirae is bringing to the market Hifax EP140R, a new PP copolymer with very high bi-polymer content and with impact resistance not achieved in the past by PP copolymer grades. PolyMirae has executed during the month of October and November three projects that have increased the company’s production PP capacity for an additional 30 KTA. PolyMirae current installed capacity in Yeosu after debottlenecking is at 730 KTA. The additional capacity will allow the company to further support its customers’ growth. “This is an important step forward in growing our capabilities. The debottlenecking project has addressed some of the equipment, process and system design issues that limit our capacity, and will improve our overall market position and reliability.” said BH Kim, Sales & Marketing Director. |
