On October 10 and 15, PolyMirae held a company-wide workshop, under the theme “WoW (Way of Working), PolyMirae.” This workshop brought together CEO Mitchell Killeen, Directors, and the HR team leader to share insights with all employees about PolyMirae’s current standing, long- and short-term management plans, and strategies for sustainable growth. This workshop served as a key milestone in building a PolyMirae’s way of working to foster a stronger and brighter future for PolyMirae, following the "Shaping a Better Future" vision established last year.
CEO Mitchell Killeen highlighted PolyMirae’s strengths and achievements in navigating challenging market conditions and encouraged everyone to remain confident in our role in shaping a sustainable future in the global market. He also emphasized the importance of taking pride in our advanced technology, the robust support of our innovative stakeholders, and our expansive global sales network and partnerships, which solidify our position as the leader in Korea's PP market. He encouraged each employee to remain committed to their role in seizing new opportunities and driving better results.
HR Team Leader Mr. JG Lee shared the results of a company-wide employee survey conducted to define "New Way of Working(WoW) at PolyMirae" as part of the workshop preparations. He presented a detailed analysis of employee feedback on work efficiency, areas for improvement, and priorities for change and innovation. He emphasized that understanding our organizational culture is essential to establishing an effective way of working and that fostering such understanding is key to building a truly united “One Team” that collaborates and communicates seamlessly.
This workshop was very meaningful in that the CEO and directors presented and communicated directly to all employees about PolyMirae's business plans, past performance, innovation strategies, and ongoing investment roadmap.
Following last year’s establishment of new values and strategies under the vision of “PolyMirae, Shaping a better future” this year’s workshop laid the foundation for defining PolyMirae’s new way of working to help all employees come together as one team in achieving our collective goals.
PolyMirae will continue its efforts to build a sustainable “better future” through continuous innovation and change. In addition, by reflecting new vision and core values in organizational culture and talent development, PolyMirae will strive to continuously increase the engagement and authority of employees.
